Foundation Open Society – Macedonia is announcing a call for proposals for launching a promotional media campaign for better citizens’ understanding of EU accession reforms. Detailed information on the exact requirements can be found below in the document and the same information will serve as a guide for creating the proposal.

The official proposal with the mandatory documents should be submitted no later than 20 December 2010, by 12:00, in a sealed and envelope which reads “MEDIA CAMPAIGN PROPOSAL. DO NOT OPEN!”, in person or by courier service at the following address:

All proposals that will be received after the deadline will not be considered and reviewed.

All proposals will be reviewed and evaluated on the basis of the completeness of the information requested and the evaluation criteria explained in the proposal description.

All offers and proposals should be written in the Macedonian language.

The proposal should have a validity of at least 120 days.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CALL FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

Short description of the call Develop and implement an integrated promotional media campaign that will improve citizens’ understanding of EU accession reforms. The promotional campaign involves developing and implementing a communication strategy with a media lease offer based on the communication strategy.
Required Documents
  1. Corporate presentation with special focus on developed social responsibility campaigns
  2. General Communication Strategy with proposal logo and slogan
  3. Proposed budget expressed in denars with VAT included.
