Structural dialogue represents the common communication and cooperation between institutions, civil society and citizens. The purpose of the structural dialogue is for civil society and citizens to participate in the creation of policies that are relevant to their lives.
Structural dialogue offers many benefits to citizens and civil society:
- accessible and important information for the citizens;
- building practice for reasoned discussion and joint solutions between institutions, citizens and civil society;
- increased influence of citizens and civil society on national and local policies.
All these benefits will be made possible through the project “Dialogue with CSOs – Platform for Structural Participation in EU Integration” which aims to enable substantial and structural participation of civil society that reflects the views of citizens on key sectoral reforms in the EU process.
