The guide for conducting a public hearing in an administrative dispute is a result of the support of the administrative judiciary in the application of the new legal amendments to the Law on Administrative Disputes. With this legal novelty, by increasing the effectiveness of the Administrative Court of RNM, the protection of administrative justice will also be increased. The purpose of the Guide is to assist administrative judges in applying the principle of conducting a public hearing in an administrative dispute which is becoming the rule in the Macedonian administrative judiciary and also to assist administrative judges in their daily work.
