As a result of the efforts of the Foundation Open Society – Macedonia and support from the Ministry of Information Society and Administration, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, North Macedonia is the first country in the Western Balkans to include the priority area Access to Justice in the fourth National Open Government Partnership Action Plan 2018-2020 through two commitments for equal access to justice.
The inclusion of Access to Justice, except for all citizens, is of particular importance for marginalized communities.
