The first donation of 120 liter garbage bins was given to the Roma population from the settlement Goren Bair. With the donation, the households are obliged to orderly dispose of the municipal waste at the specific location agreed in cooperation with JP Komunalec Bitola. A total of 35 bins are planned to be donated in the following period, which will be a step forward in dealing with the problems of the citizens of Goren Bair, as well as in preserving the environment.
On the other hand, the Regional Geographical Society “GEOSPHERE” – Bitola with financial support from the Foundation Open Society – Macedonia during 2021 will supply households with garbage bags and thus ensure the sustainability of the action.
