The analysis ” What is the degree of recognition of gender equality as a basic human right in rural areas, represented in Chapter 23 – Fundamental Rights and Judiciary?” deals with the topic of gender equality, but from a different angle, i.e. how much it is recognized as a basic human right and how much is practised in rural areas.
