With the support of the Foundation Open Society – Macedonia within the Concept of Partnerships with Communities for the Promotion of Local Democracy, the LAG Network based in Krivogaštani, in 2019 realized the project “Together for environmental protection” in the municipality of Bitola.
One of the goals of the project was to create and submit a document to the municipality of Bitola with recommendations for improving air, water and soil quality as well as protection, landscaping and promotion of protected areas and raising public awareness.
According to the document with recommendations and in accordance with the priorities of the Municipality of Bitola, 3 (three) of the proposed 9 (nine) recommendations have been accepted so far:
