The inhabitants of Goren Bair in Bitola live in substandard conditions, and solutions are needed to overcome the problems with illegal landfills, burning of cables and air pollution, as well as problems with water-supply and hygiene of the population in conditions of a pandemic.
Geosphere-Bitola, with the support of the Foundation Open Society – Macedonia conducted a field survey in the area of Goren Bair in which 60 Roma households were surveyed regarding the problems encountered in that neighbourhood.
