In the past period, more than 50 administrative officials from the municipalities of Kičevo, Kavadarci, Valandovo, Šuto Orizari and Berovo actively participated in the development of integrity systems at the local level.
Workshop held on June 2-3, 2022 with the professional administration of the municipality of Kičevo
With the support of the Foundation Open Society – Macedonia and the expert team composed of Sabina Fakikj, German Filkov, prof. Ana Pavlovska-Daneva and Konstantin Bitrakov, in the period May-June, five two-day workshops were organized, at which representatives of the five municipalities worked on the preparation of integrity plans.

At these workshops, the mapped risks of corruption and conflict of interest for each municipality were presented individually, they were ranked taking into account the probability that they will occur, and the impact they can have.

Integrity plans take into account this ranking and for each risk provide a set of measures that would reduce or eliminate it.
Workshop held on 5-6 May 2022 with the professional administration from the municipality of Šuto Orizari
It is expected that in the summer the Municipal Councils will adopt these plans and thus commit to implementing them in accordance with the deadlines.
