The challenges that students and teachers faced with online teaching were enormous. In order to provide support for teachers, in April and May, which were very specific months, the Metamorphosis Foundation, with the support of the Foundation Open Society – Macedonia, held three webinars with teaching staff from 10 rural elementary schools, included in the FOSM concept – Education of the smaller ethnic communities.
On these webinars, conducted using the Zoom platform, teachers had the opportunity, through presentations and practical examples, to learn more about the most popular tools used in e-learning, as well as through discussion with colleagues, to draw the best practices. More than 170 teachers and part of the school management participated in the three webinars.
